Brazil’s Christian president : “The truth shall make you free!”
Brazil’s President Jair Bolsonaro addressed the U.N. General Assembly in New York on Tuesday, joining President Trump this week in expressing concern over the persecution of Christians.
Bolsonaro also spoke strongly against ideologies like globalism, socialism, political correctness, and ideas that destroy the family.
“Ideology has invaded the human soul to rip it apart from God and from the dignity He bestowed on us.
“When it comes to matters related to climate, democracy, human rights, to the equality of rights and duties between men and women and many others, all we need to do is contemplate the truth, following John 8:32: ‘Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.’”

As The Worldview reported yesterday, the New South Wales Upper House voted in favor of an abortion bill on Wednesday.

Democrats want to strip Christian groups of tax-exempt status
Last week, U.S. House Democrats argued that sixty so-called “hate groups” should have their tax-exempt status removed during a Ways and Means Committee hearing.
Most of the groups are Christian or socially conservative organizations which affirm a Biblical worldview related to sexuality and marriage and are targeted by the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center.
House Republicans argued such a move would violate the groups’ First Amendment rights.

Gilmer is now the sixth in Texas and the ninth in the U.S. to make such a declaration.
Gilmer city manager Greg Hutson explained.
HUTSON: ”[Gilmer is] a safe haven where the unborn has a right to come here and not worry about being aborted”

The movement began with some Texas students in 1990 and now draws one million students across America and over 64 countries.
The theme of the event was 2 Chronicles 7:14 where God says, “If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
