Pakistani Muslim Students Beat Christian Classmate to Death

A 17-year-old Pakistani boy was beaten to death by his Muslim classmates last week.

His mother said he was being targeted by students at his new school because of his Christian faith, as reported by the British Pakistani Christian Association. She said, “One day God will have His judgment.”

China Warns Churches Not to Let Children Listen to Sermons

Over 100 churches in the Zheziang province of China have been warned not to allow children in the church, or access to sermons.

But God tells Christian parents to “Bring your children up in the nurture and the admonition of the Lord.” (Ephesians 6:4)

Judge Blocks Texas Ban on Dismemberment Abortions

A U.S. district judge has blocked a Texas law that would have prevented doctors from killing babies by tearing them limb from limb. It was called th ban on “dismemberment abortion.”

The court upheld the United States’ commitment to abortion disallows such state laws from going into effect.

Damages from Hurricane Harvey Reach $180 Billion

The assessment of damages caused by Hurricane Harvey is rising.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is putting it as high as $180 billion now. That far exceeds the price tag of Hurricane Katrina.

President Trump Declares a Day of Prayer for Hurricane Victims

President Donald Trump declared Sunday a day of prayer, saying, “I urge Americans of all faiths and religious traditions … Each of us, in our own way, may call upon our God for strength and comfort during this difficult time.”

Back on October 17th, 1780, the United States Continental Congress issued a call for a Day of repentance and prayer to supplicate that He would “Pardon our heinous transgressions and incline our hearts for the future to keep all His laws and to cause the knowledge of Christianity to spread over all the earth.”

Covenant Seminary Hosts Conference On Racial Justice and Gender Equality

The Presbyterian Church of America’s Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri is hosting a conference on “racial justice” and “gender equality”, featuring speakers from the left-leaning Faith for Justice organization. The organization condemns evangelicals who want to “control the bodies” of homosexuals and persons who wish to present themselves as the opposite gender.

Man Runs into the Flames at Burning Man Festival

A man turned himself into a human sacrifice at the pagan Burning Man festival in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada. 41-year-old Aaron Joel Mitchell ran into the flames of the 40-foot burning effigy on Saturday night.

Mitchell was pulled out of the flames by firefighters, but died on Sunday morning after being airlifted to a hospital in California, reports MSN News.

The Burning Man festival, attended by 70,000 people, repeats the human sacrifice ritual conducted by the ancient Druids, as reported by Julius Caesar.

Kim Jong Un Reportedly Loads Hydrogen Bomb into ICBM

The North Korean news agency announced yesterday, that Kim Jong Un is personally overseeing the loading of a Hydrogen Bomb into an ICBM.

This news comes after reports of a hydrogen bomb test in North Korea that triggered a small earthquake, registering 6.3 on the Richter scale.  About 200 people – mostly evangelical Christian Aid workers — are leaving North Korea over the weekend, ahead of a U.S. travel ban, according to an AP report.

On Monday, U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley called for the United Nations to impose the strongest possible sanctions against the rogue state.

“We must now adopt the strongest possible measures. Kim Jong Un’s action cannot be seen as defensive. He wants to be acknowledged as a nuclear power. But being a nuclear power is not about using those terrible weapons to threaten others. Nuclear powers understand their responsibilities. Kim Jong Un shows no such understanding.”
