China’s atheistic schools teach kids to hate God

China’s fight against Christianity is becoming obvious in their education system. Already, children are being turned against their Christian parents.

One woman told the Bitter Winter magazine, “Before starting school, I told my child about God’s creation, and he believed it. But after being taught at school, my child is like a different person. In atheistic China, these . . . children have been taught to hate God.”

One teacher in Henan Province told a student, “If your mom goes to church and believes in God, she doesn’t want you as her child anymore.”

Jesus said in Matthew 18:6, “But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.”

Trump’s executive order sanctions jihadists in Mali, Africa

President Donald Trump signed an executive order last Friday, authorizing the Treasury Department to sanction jihadists in the West African country of Mali. This follows Britain sending over 250 troops to reinforce a U.N. peacekeeping force in the country.

Separatist groups and jihadists have stirred up violence and chaos in the country for years. This year, the conflict has displaced 200,000 people and left 600 dead. Just last month, militants massacred over 100 men, women, and children in a Christian village in central Mali.

300 pro-lifers march in Tokyo

Over 300 people joined the annual March for Life in Tokyo, Japan on July 15.

Participants, including several religious leaders, marched through the streets of Tokyo, praying for the end of abortion, homosexuality, and euthanasia.

The Japanese March for Life has been held since 2014 as a “peaceful, joyful and prayerful” demonstration to “abolish abortion from the world for the children, for the women, for the families.”

Japan legalized the murder of unborn babies in 1948, and since then over 38 million babies have been killed by abortion.

Dem pres candidate wants to decriminalize illegal border crossings

Hosted by CNN on Tuesday night, 10 of 20 Democratic presidential candidates debated each others in Detroit, Michigan.  There were 20 references to free stuff, only one reference to freedom itself, and zero references to personal responsibility.

Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts wanted to decriminalize border crossings.

CNN’s DANA BASH: “Senator Warren, you say the provision making illegal border crossings a crime is totally unnecessary. Please respond.”

WARREN: “So the problem is that, right now, the criminalization statute is what gives Donald Trump the ability to take children away from their parents. It’s what gives him the ability to lock up people at our borders.”

“We need to continue to have border security, and we can do that, but what we can’t do is not live our values. I’ve been down to the border. I have seen the mothers. I have seen the cages of babies. We must be a country that every day lives our values. And that means we cannot…”

BASH: “Thank you, Senator Warren.”

WARREN: “… make it a crime…”

BASH: “Just to clarify…”

WARREN: “… when someone comes here…”

BASH: “Thank you, Senator. Just to clarify, would you decriminalize illegal border crossings?”

WARREN: “Yes.”

BASH: “[Colorado] Governor Hickenlooper, your response?”

HICKENLOOPER: “I agree that we need secure borders. There’s no question about that. And the frustration with what’s going on in Washington is they’re kicking the ball back and forth. Secure the borders, make sure whatever law we have doesn’t allow children to be snatched from their parents and put in cages. How hard can that be?”

WARREN: “Well, and one way to fix it is to decriminalize. That’s the whole point.”

The more liberal candidates, Senators Warren and Bernie Sanders of Vermont, distinguished themselves from the moderates by advocating for radical climate policies, free university tuition for everyone, Medicare for All, and, unbelievably, healthcare for illegal immigrants.

Singapore billionaire: My relationship with Christ most valuable

And finally, Singapore’s wealthiest billionaire says his relationship with Jesus Christ is the most valuable thing in his life, reports Fox News.

Forbes Magazine lists Philip Ng and his brother, Robert, with a $12.1 billion worth for their control of the Far East Organization, Singapore’s largest private landlord and property developer.

Philip said, “I was always in search for a better life, a better purpose, a better me, a better everything. I was just looking at all the wrong things, but when I realized there is no better me or better things without Jesus, then it all snapped into place. I treasure (my faith) more than anything, so I just wish for everyone to have that peace and joy. It sure beats a lot of money and material things that you may have.”

Colossians 2:3 point us to Christ “in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.”
