British Hospital Killed Toddler Alfie Evans
Five days after the Alder Hey Hospital in Britain pulled the plug on Alfie Evans’ life-sustaining ventilator, the 23-month-old died at 2:30 am Saturday morning, reports The Christian Post. The hospital had also denied Alfie basic sustenance and nutrition.
Despite the fact that Pope Francis had offered to life flight the toddler battling a degenerative neurological condition to an Italian hospital free of charge, the medical facility and every possible British and European court denied Alfie’s parents the right to remove their own son.
Rwanda, Africa Is Shutting Down Churches
Rwandan, African authorities said that 714 predominantly Pentecostal churches and one mosque would be shut down in Kigali for allegedly failing to meet safety and hygiene standards, reports Standard Media.
The World View contact on the ground there claims that there are 6,000 churches being closed in Rwanda because they do not hold a theology degree.
California Parents Unable to Opt Kids Out of Pro-Homosexual/Transgender Classes
Public education officials in California have determined that as long as human reproduction is not discussed, students may not opt out of mandatory indoctrination on homosexuality or gender confusion, reports FreedomProject.com.
In a March 29th memo, Orange County Board of Education General Counsel Ronald Wenkart wrote, that “parents who disagree with the instructional materials related to gender, gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation may not excuse their children from this instruction. However, parents are free to advise their children that they disagree with some or all of the information presented in the instructional program and express their views on these subjects to their children.”
Well, at least the California government bureaucrats still tolerate the freedom of speech rights of parents to talk to their own children!
In light of the amoral indoctrination, it’s not surprising that the Newman Report documented recently that one in four California youngsters is now “gender non-conforming.”
Educational basics have been lost in politically correct chaos as the government’s own data shows that less than half of California’s students are even “proficient” in reading.
Prom Teens Praying Sparks Weird Controversy
A picture of prom-ready high schoolers praying before a meal posted on Facebook by a California journalist has sparked unexpected controversy, reports Fox News.
The journalist received the photo from a proud mother who wanted to share a positive image of teens to help counteract some of the negative headlines about America’s young people. Echoing the mother’s praise, the journalist wrote, “[This scene] says a lot about young people these days. It’s REALLY nice to see.”
Some people used the photo and the journalist’s praise of the students as a platform to complain about the so-called arrogance and pushiness of Christians.
1 Peter 2:8 says Christ Himself is “a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense.”
Kanye West Defends Trump Support in New Song
Last Friday, rapper Kanye West, an African-American, released a pro-Trump song entitled “Ye vs. the People” in which he addressed wearing a “Make America Great Again” red baseball cap, signed by then President-elect Trump, saying: “Bruh, I never ever stopped fightin’ for the people/Actually wearin’ the hat’ll show people that we’re equal”, reports The Daily Mail.
Later in the song, West says, “All Blacks gotta be Democrats? Man, we ain’t made it off the plantation.”
World View Father Offices from Home Now
And finally, World View listener Ben Cauthorn of Strasburg, Virginia read the transcript of my story about Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan choosing not to seek re-election in order to spend more time with his three teenage children in Wisconsin.
I cited the Pew Research poll which indicated that 63% of fathers say they spend too little time with their children and 62% blame work obligations for missing this family time.
I said that I was reminded of the powerful truth articulated in Malachi 4:6. “He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers.”
Cauthorn wrote, “I was a financial advisor with a large brokerage, and last November, God orchestrated the ability for me to leave the brokerage firm in order to start my own financial practice working out of my home office.
“Now I get to be with my wife and seven children every day of the week. It has been such a huge blessing to me; the time I have had with them has been priceless.
“God is definitely in the business of turning the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers. Being in His service is not always comfortable, but it is very fulfilling and purposeful!”

Are GOP Congressmen Retiring over Assassination Worries?
Republican Congressman Mo Brooks of Alabama suggested in a radio interview that Republicans are retiring en masse because of assassination fears, reports RollCall.com.
Brooks was speaking on “The Dale Jackson Show” about the first Republican practice for the Congressional Baseball Game after last year’s shooting that left Majority Whip Steve Scalise severely injured.
Brooks said while there were multiple factors that contributed to a slew of Republicans leaving the House, he said, “One of the things that’s concerning me is the assassination risk may become a factor,” referring to the fact many members of the Republican baseball team are retiring, including Senator Jeff Flake and Representatives Ryan Costello, Pat Meehan, Dennis Ross, and Tom Rooney.
Brooks said, “You have to wonder with that kind of disproportionate retirement number whether what happened in June played a factor.”
NBC’s Tom Brokaw Eloquently Defends Himself
Tom Brokaw, the 78-year-old who manned the anchor desk for “NBC Nightly News” for 22 years, has been accused of sexual harassment by Linda Vester, a former war correspondent which she documented in an interview with Variety.
Brokaw sent a letter to his closest colleagues, published by The Hollywood Insider, in which he wrote, “It is 4 A.M. on the first day of my new life as an accused predator in the universe of American journalism. I was ambushed and then perp walked across the pages of The Washington Post and Variety as an avatar of male misogyny, taken to the guillotine and stripped of any honor and achievement I had earned in more than a half century of journalism and citizenship.”
Former Lesbian Rapper Affirms Christ’s Sanctification
Female rapper, writer, and poet Jackie Hill Perry, who says she was “saved from a lifestyle of homosexual sin”, is gearing up to release a new album, Crescendo.
In February, the artist, who has been married to her husband for five years, said there is “not such a thing as being born gay, but there is such a thing as being born broken, broken by sin.”
Evangelist’s Approach Scared Moviegoers
After watching the latest movie from the “Avengers” franchise in Redlands, California, Michael Webber, a 28-year-old preacher with Truth and Triumph Ministries, stood up and asked “If you were to die tonight, would your passage to heaven be guaranteed?”, reports the Los Angeles CBS affiliate.
Because the house lights had not yet been turned on and the moviegoers could not see that Webber was unarmed, they mistook his spiritual question for a threat to start shooting in light of the deadly shooting rampage in an Aurora, Colorado movie theater which left 12 dead at the hands of James Holmes in 2012.
People panicked as they ran for the exits, twisting ankles and bumping heads.
Webber has been charged with a misdemeanor.
