Author of Anti-Trump Book Fire and Fury Accused of Fabrication

Journalist Michael Wolff, author of the incendiary tell-all book entitled Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, has been accused of fabricating quotes, reports the Washington Times.

He claims “extensive access to the White House and more than 200 interviews with Trump and senior staff over a period of 18 months,” but his critics contend that he has a tendency to play fast and loose with the truth.

Indeed, Today show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie repeatedly questioned his credibility on Friday.

Michael Wolff: “I am certainly and absolutely, in every way, comfortable with everything I’ve reported in this book.”
Savannah Guthrie: “Would you release any of those recordings, since your credibility is being questioned?”
Michael Wolff: “My credibility is being questioned by a man who has less credibility than perhaps anyone who has ever walked on Earth at this point.”
Savannah Guthrie: “Your former editor at Vanity Fair, Graydon Carter, said he wasn’t surprised you’d written this explosive book, he was surprised they let you in the door at the White House.”
Michael Wolff:  “I’m a nice guy. I go in…”
Savannah Guthrie: Did you flatter your way in?”
Michael Wolff: “I certainly said what was ever necessary to get the story.”

As the Washington Post detailed on Wednesday, Wolff has a long history of getting facts wrong or even making things up.

Exodus 20:16 says, “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.”

President Trump Lashes Out at Fire and Fury Author for Questioning His Mental Stability

In a series of Saturday morning tweets, President Trump lashed out at Michael Wolff, author of Fire and Fury, for questioning the Commander-in-Chief’s mental stability.

At 7:19 a.m., he tweeted, “Now that Russian collusion, after one year of intense study, has proven to be a total hoax on the American public, the Democrats and their lapdogs, the Fake News Mainstream Media, are taking out the old Ronald Reagan playbook and screaming mental stability and intelligence.”

YouTube Video from Woman Who Turned from Lesbianism Gets 1,800,000 Views

The 4-minute video of a woman who once embraced lesbianism, but who is now happily married to her husband, has been viewed 1,800,000 times.

In a Facebook video posted last week for Anchored North, an online evangelism website, Emily Thomes explained that when she was invited to a Bible study at 22, after a series of homosexual encounters, she wanted a relationship with God like the other ladies had. So she Googled Bible verses about her sinful lifestyle and felt convicted.

Listen to how she explained that moment.

“Those who practice homosexuality, which was me, and also drunkards and a bunch of other things that I would’ve been, I realized that I was in the ‘will I enter the Kingdom of God?’ lineup and it scared me really, really bad.”

“And then I read verse 11,” she said in reference to 1 Corinthians 6:11. “And it says, ‘And such were some of you, but you are washed, you are sanctified, you are justified.’ I realized that there are people in the same place and they were saved and they were changed. And that God could do that for me too, and I needed that.

“I could hold on to my sin and reject God, or I could turn to Him. All the debt that I’d wracked up, living like I lived, didn’t have to be mine if I could trust Him. So that was it. That day my eyes were really opened. I was amazed at the grace He showed me.”

She insisted that people who claim they were “born this way” need grace as much as she does.

“People say to me all the time ‘I was born this way.’ I say ‘Okay, yeah me too.’ You’re not born with right affections. That’s why Jesus had to come. You feeling a desire for sin just proves you need grace like me. It’s not gay to straight. It’s lost to saved. God calls us, not to heterosexuality, but to holiness.”

“Roseanne” Producers Say Transvestite Character Is Not Transitioning or Homosexual

One of the characters on the newly rebooted situation comedy “Roseanne” is a 9-year-old boy named Mark who likes to wear girl’s clothing. However, the producers have reassured the public that the boy is not transitioning or homosexual. Well, that’s a relief!

Animated Movie About the Birth of Christ Stays Fairly True to Biblical Narrative

The Star” is a recently released animated movie about the birth of Christ from the point of view of animals while remaining faithful to the biblical narrative.

Focus on the Family’s PluggedIn Magazine gives “The Star” a high rating.

They wrote, “Hollywood has often taken liberties with beloved biblical stories in ways that have riled the faithful, with Noah and Exodus: Gods and Kings being two of the more recent examples.

The Star”, thankfully, will not be joining that list.”

Actress Kristin Chenoweth gives voice to a mouse named Abby who overhears the angel’s announcement to Mary that she miraculously will give birth to Jesus, then rushes to tell every other animal she meets.

61-Year-Old Christian Singer Carman Gets Married

All I have to do is mention this Christian singer’s first name and instantly you know that I’m talking about a man who has sold over 10 million records and has received 15 gold and platinum albums and videos.

His name is Carman. Not only did God heal him from incurable cancer over the last several years, but He delivered a seemingly “Christmas miracle” for the 61-year-old perennial bachelor; He orchestrated Carman’s love story with Dana (pronounced Dannah) from Dallas. She has a twin sister Devra.

They tied the knot on December 15th. Check out the picture of the newlywed couple in a link in our transcript today at www.TheWorldView.com.

Chick-Fil-A Customer Gives His Own Boots to Man Whose Shoes Were Falling Apart

And finally, a touching act of kindness was recently documented at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

According to WBKO-TV, a 13-year-old girl named Hallie Cassidy was at the restaurant with her family when she saw a man walk into Chick-fil-A wearing a pair of shoes that were falling apart and were only held together by duct tape.

A Good Samaritan, who noticed that the man with bad shoes was about to walk out the door into the cold, did something extraordinary.

“The guy just looked at him in the eyes, and he took off his boots and handed them to him. You could tell it made the other guy’s day. It made my day. I immediately took a picture of the man. We got to share this. This is an amazing story. It was just so kind of the man to do it.”

After finishing his Chick-Fil-A meal, that Good Samaritan in Bowling Green, Kentucky walked out into the cold with only a pair of socks covering his feet.

Rush Limbaugh Says President Trump Will Win With Conservative Agenda

President Trump needs to stick to his conservative ideals and agenda – and he’ll always win. So contends talk-radio icon Rush Limbaugh, reports WorldNetDaily.com.

“It’s understandable why they would be outraged because Donald Trump is literally dismantling the decades old mansion that they have built that is the federal bureaucracy. He is literally tearing it apart. He is unraveling things that Obama implemented. He is unraveling years and decades-old regulations on such things that matter to them as climate change and immigration.”

Limbaugh said, “This economy is on the verge of booming like we talked about right before my last couple of days here. This economy is poised to just take off, and it makes it even stranger to look at how the Democrats are setting up 2018. They think they’ve already won 2018. They think it’s over. They think they have succeeded in dredging up all this Trump hatred, Trump incompetence, Trump this, Trump that. And they believe everybody hates Trump like they hate Trump and they think it’s widespread.”

Economy Sees Improvement in Several Areas Since President Trump’s Election

Since Donald Trump became president, the Dow Jones industrial average has climbed to 25,000, capping off the best start to a year since 2006, reports CNBC.

The black unemployment rate of 6.8 percent in December was the lowest since at least the early 1970s according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, reports CNBC.

In the 45 years the data has been tracked, the unemployment rate for black workers aged 16 years and older has never fallen below 7 percent.

Plus, the United States added 196,000 jobs in manufacturing in 2017, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, reports CNS News.

Thanks to President Trump, the federal government employed 16,000 fewer people in December 2017 than it did in December 2016, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, reports CNSNews.com.

Plus, the number of people collecting food stamps has declined by more than two million, reports Fox News.

Food stamps initially cost taxpayers $250 million for about 2.8 million recipients in 1969, under President Richard Nixon, to a peak of costing nearly $80 billion for 48 million recipients in 2013, under President Barack Obama.

President Trump has signaled that he wants to tighten eligibility rules for SNAP and have states contribute matching funds for the program – as ways of continuing to reduce the number of recipients.

President Trump Receives Pro-Life Award from Operation Rescue

President Trump has been given the 2017 Pro-Life Person of the Year Malachi Award by the pro-life group Operation Rescue, reports The Christian Post.

Troy Newman said, “He has proven to be the most pro-life president we have had in modern history and has backed up his pro-life rhetoric with action like no other before him,” the group continued.

Operation Rescue listed eight of Trump’s pro-life accomplishments, including appointing pro-life Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch, denying public funding to abortions around the world, launching an investigation into Planned Parenthood, supporting the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, and reversing the Obama-era mandate that states fund Planned Parenthood.

President Donald Trump has requested, and been granted, access to the 20th Century Fox political drama The Post made by Steven Spielberg, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

Set in 1971, the movie recounts the decision by The Washington Post to publish the top-secret Pentagon Papers and the newspaper’s ensuing legal victory over the Nixon administration.

Publishing the Pentagon Papers was a defining moment for then-Post publisher Katharine Graham portrayed by Meryl Streep, which cemented her standing in a man’s world. Tom Hanks plays legendary Post editor Ben Bradlee.

Ironically, both actors have been critical of the Commander-in-Chief.

VP Pence’s Chief Lawyer and Domestic Policy Director Resign

Both the chief lawyer and domestic policy director of Vice President Mike Pence are leaving his office at the beginning of the new year, reports CNN.

While Pence’s office claims that it was “in the works for weeks,” some suggest that the ongoing Russia probe and Wolff’s new tell-all book Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House might have contributed to their resignations.

Mitt Romney Says He Wants to Run for Senator to Emulate John McCain

Mitt Romney has privately revealed that a driving purpose for his interest in running for Senator in Utah would be to emulate Senator John McCain, a former rival and fellow moderate Republican, reports U.S. News and World Report.

Romney told members of the Utah congressional delegation, “There’s got to be somebody who can stand up to the president.”

FreedomWorks, the Washington-based conservative nonprofit credited with assisting in Utah Sen. Mike Lee’s 2010 election victory, is openly opposing Romney and seeking potential alternatives.

EPA Secretary Scott Pruitt May Be Interested in Becoming Attorney General

According to Politico.com, Scott Pruitt, the Environmental Protection Agency Secretary, has told friends that he’s interested in becoming attorney general as rumors swirl that Jeff Sessions could depart the administration.

While the EPA has denied that Pruitt is eyeing the attorney general position, he has developed a reputation in Washington as one of the most ambitious members of Trump’s Cabinet.

In an op-ed published on Thursday, Republican Reps. Mark Meadows and Jim Jordan of the conservative House Freedom Caucus wrote, “Attorney General Jeff Sessions has recused himself from the Russia investigation, but it would appear he has no control at all of the premier law enforcement agency in the world. It is time for Sessions to start managing in a spirit of transparency to bring all of this improper behavior to light and stop further violations. If Sessions can’t address this issue immediately, then we have one final question needing an answer: When is it time for a new attorney general? Sadly, it seems the answer is now.”

Construction Companies Struggle to Find Enough Qualified Workers

The construction sector is ready to boom in 2018, but there’s just one problem: There aren’t enough qualified workers, reports Fox Business.

A new report released by the Associated General Contractors of America found that 75% of contractors want to increase their headcount in 2018, thanks to the newly-approved tax reform bill, the government’s push to rollback red tape, strong economic growth and a continuation of favorable sector trends.

However, 50% of companies reported having a difficult time filling both craft and salaried worker positions. These challenges come despite the fact that 60% of firms reported increasing base pay to retain or recruit professionals.

Stephen Mulva, director of the Construction Industry Institute said, “Six-figure salaries are not uncommon for positions like welders, foremen and even instrument techs and crane operators.”

“Transgender” Man Seeks Transfer to Female Prison

A 26-year-old man who presents himself as a woman is seeking a rarely granted transfer to a female prison during the remainder of his 10-year sentence in Illinois for burglary, reports the Washington Post.

Unable to comfortably represent himself as female in the male prison — where he can’t wear his long hair or long nails long has been devastating physiologically claims Hampton’s attorney.

More than just an opportunity to share our faith, it is a chance to invite everyone to seek peace on Earth and goodwill to all.”

In November, ex-airman Devin Patrick Kelley, who had been discharged from the Air Force after being convicted of assault and serving one year in a military prison, entered the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs and opened fire, killing 26 people.

Benham Brothers Connect Today’s Sexual Perversion to “Great Harlot” in Revelation

Conservative Christian brothers Jason and David Benham believe that the verses on the “great harlot” in the book of Revelation can be linked to the sexual perversion sweeping society today.

In their recent WorldNetDaily.com column, they wrote, “This year, given the current sociopolitical context of the sexual revolution, the ‘great harlot’ in Revelation 17 jumped off the pages at us.

“Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying, ‘Come here, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters, with whom the kings of the earth committed acts of immorality and those who dwell on the earth were made drunk with the wine of her immorality.’”

The Benhams, who read through the entire Bible every year, said that they “instantly thought of the radical sexual revolution that is forcing its agenda on the entire world today, in addition to all the recent exposure of sexual misconduct throughout society among the elites.”

As examples of this perversion, they pointed to websites like “TransKids,” which encourage gender transition, drag queens reading to children in public libraries, and the fact that 91,980,225,000 porn videos were viewed in 2016. That’s 12.5 videos per human being on earth!

“The ‘great harlot’ in Revelation 17 is perverting and polluting the earth.”

Woman Suffering Aggressive Cancer Gets Married 18 Hours Before Her Death

A Connecticut woman named Heather Mosher, who was stricken with an aggressive form of breast cancer, died 18 hours after she got married on December 22nd while attached to a hospital bed, reports The Christian Post.

Pictures of the wedding — including one taken at the conclusion of the ceremony where Heather is seen with both hands raised as she sits in a hospital bed dressed in a wedding gown with medical tubes hooked up to her mouth and arm — have rocketed around the internet.  We have them linked in our transcript at www.TheWorldView.com.

A love story that is touching many people around the world, Heather took her vows to husband Dave, exactly one year to the day that he proposed, which was also the day she was diagnosed with cancer.

Tragically, the cancer had spread to her brain, putting her on life support by late October.

Bridesmaid Christina Karas, who snapped the photos, wrote on Facebook, “How do I know God is real? Because He was filling her with joy despite the fact that outwardly her body was failing. She chose to let God carry her, instead of wasting her last hours angry at him for allowing this illness. And carry her He did. He carried her home.”
