Colorado nurse under investigation for abortion pill reversal treatments

Attorneys for a pro-life Colorado nurse practitioner, who says she feels “religiously compelled” to offer abortion pill reversal to women who regret their chemical abortions, argue that the state’s investigation into her practice violates her First and 14th Amendment rights, reports The Christian Post

Last Wednesday, Alliance Defending Freedom filed a motion in defense of Chelsea Mynyk’s ability to continue providing women with the abortion pill reversal treatment

It involves providing progesterone, a natural hormone necessary for the pregnancy to continue, to women who have changed their minds after taking mifepristone, the Abortion Kill Pill, in an attempt to save their pre-born babies.

Biden celebrates transgenderism, not Jesus, on Good Friday

On Good Friday, the day that Christians express gratitude for the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ on the cross in their place, the White House issued a proclamation celebrating men who wear ladies underpants. It was a proclamation for Transgender Visibility Day.

But President Joe Biden did not make a proclamation for Good Friday. That day is invisible to the White House, reports Christian talk show host Todd Starnes.

Pro-abortion Lieberman hypocritically cited “God, Creator of life”

As The Worldview reported on March 21st, former Democratic Senator Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut died at the age of 82.

Like most Democrats, Lieberman was pro-abortion.  In fact, he even voted against the ban of partial-birth abortion, according to an October 2003 New Haven Register article.

To his shame, Lieberman said, “I cannot support any bill that restricts this type of abortion procedure if it does not provide an exception for the health of the mother, which this bill does not. I strongly support a woman’s right to choose. The decision to end a pregnancy is one a woman must make with her doctor and her god, not with the government.”

Ironically enough, on December 12, 2012, when Lieberman delivered his farewell speech from the Senate floor, he hypocritically cited his gratitude to God, the “Creator of life and law.”

Listen.

LIEBERMAN: “My fourth and final term as the United States senator will soon come to an end. As I reflect on that reality, I am, of course, filled with many emotions. But the one that I feel most is gratitude.

“Gratitude first to God, Creator of life and law, without Whose loving kindness nothing would be possible.”

5 fastest declining states in America

The five fastest declining states in America, according to drops in population, are Hawaii, West Virginia, Louisiana, Illinois, and New York.

While West Virginia and Louisiana are run by Republicans in both chambers of the legislature, the other three – Hawaii, Illinois, and New York — are run by Democratic state legislatures.

Dinosaurs and the Bible

Does the Bible reference dinosaurs?

As I guest host on Generations Radio today, I asked Dr. Daniel Biddle, President of Genesis Apologetics and the executive producer of “The Ark and the Darkness” movie, this question.

McMANUS: “Job 40 talks about the ‘behemoth.’ Is it a dinosaur?”

BIDDLE: “It’s so clear from the text that it’s definitely a dinosaur. In fact, we know and I’ll say for certain what type of species it was. It was undoubtedly a sauropod dinosaur. And we know that for 14 reasons from the text itself, very, very easy clues are in there. For example, it had a tail that swayed like a cedar tree. Well, what animal, living or extinct, ever had a tail that could sway like a cedar tree?

“First of all, God said it’s the chief of all of my works, meaning it was a biggest, baddest, grandest thing He ever made. And sauropods, according to the fossil record, are the largest creatures ever to walk Earth — 130 feet long, over 77 tons — some of them — huge creatures. God said you can’t walk up behind it. Only its Maker can approach it. There’s all kinds of clues in there that the behemoth is a sauropod dinosaur.”

Biddle asserts that dinosaurs were on the ark.

BIDDLE: “All Noah had to do, to obey God, to bring the two of every air-breathing, land-dwelling animals onto the Ark, would be to bring about 80 different varieties or 80 pairs of dinosaurs onto the Ark — pterosaurs, theropods, etcetera.”

He points to the testimony of cultures worldwide about their encounters with dinosaurs.

BIDDLE: “All these different cultures around the world were drawing similar creatures. They always look like dinosaurs. Many of them looking like theropods like, for example, the Raptors or pterosaurs, like these giant flying reptiles. The Native Americans have got stories upon stories of these things that they call the Thunderbirds that would fly down and snatch up their kids.”

The Christian kicker who won the game

And finally, the Michigan Panthers trailed the St. Louis Battlehawks, 16-15, when Jake Bates attempted a 64-yard-long kick, reports Fox News.

St. Louis had scored a touchdown and taken the lead on a one-point conversion with 49 seconds to go, and Michigan had no timeouts.

But that was plenty of time for Bates and the Panthers.

He successfully drilled a 64-yard field goal with just two seconds left to give the United Football League’s Michigan Panthers an 18-16 win over the St. Louis Battlehawks on Saturday.

ANNOUNCER: “Good snap. Good hold. Line-drive kick. And it is gooooood!  A star is born in the UFL. Jake Bates. 64 yards!”

Listen to the exchange with Jake Butt, the Fox News reporter.

BUTT: “I’m here with Jake Bates. 64-yard game-winning field goal. You said this is your first actual game-winning game kick going all the way back to high school. What was going through your mind when you took the field?”

BATES: “I prepared for this moment. I was ready. We had a really good camp. I have the best operation in the [National Football] League. Jordan [Ober] is literally the best snapper I’ve ever seen. And Brock [Miller] is the best holder I’ve ever seen. And, you know, just when you have a lot of faith in your guys, man. You know, nothing’s impossible with God. He has risen. Easter weekend, man. You know, it’s just, it’s a really special feeling!”

In Matthew 28:5-6,  The angel at Jesus’ tomb said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He has risen, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay.”
