12 Russians Indicted for Meddling in 2016 Presidential Election
The U.S. special counsel brought election meddling directly to Vladimir Putin’s doorstep just days before the Russian leader plans to meet with President Donald Trump, charging 12 Russian military intelligence officers with computer attacks meant to undermine the Democratic Party, reports Bloomberg.
The indictment, announced on Friday, fleshes out U.S. intelligence agencies’ longstanding conclusion that Russia interfered with the 2016 presidential race.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein described how units of Russia’s GRU intelligence agency stole emails from the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s campaign, then released them in ways meant to dominate headlines as Americans prepared to vote.
Tweeting from Scotland, Trump said, “The stories you heard about the 12 Russians yesterday took place during the Obama Administration, not the Trump Administration. Why didn’t they do something about it, especially when it was reported that President Obama was informed by the FBI in September, before the election?”
Dinesh D’Souza Movie, “Death of a Nation”, Blames Democrats
Why does President Trump continue to be castigated by Democrats and the Left as a racist when his policies have benefited minorities, including record-low unemployment among blacks and Hispanics?
Dinesh D’Souza, an immigrant from India, explained that his film, “Death of a Nation” which is set for release on August 3, shows how the Left has used “the incendiary cards” of racism and fascism against President Trump and other Republicans.
Listen to this excerpt from the movie trailer which we have linked in our transcript at www.TheWorldView.com.
“Which party attacks our free speech? On religious liberty and our personal safety? A nation dies when it’s people are not free.
“The stakes could not be higher. We’re talking about America, the greatest nation on earth. Lincoln saved America for the first time. It’s now up to us to save America a second time.”
Planned Parenthood: Judge Kavanaugh Would Overturn Roe v. Wade
The largest abortion chain in America, Planned Parenthood, is panicking about the future of the U.S. Supreme Court, saying President Donald Trump’s second nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh, could swing the court to a 5-4 conservative majority and be a deciding opinion on vital issues like abortion restrictions and Roe v. Wade, reports Life News.
In an email to supporters this week, Planned Parenthood warned, “Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court is the biggest threat to our constitutional right to abortion we’ve seen in years. Trump vowed to only appoint justices who will overturn Roe v. Wade — so this is a fight we simply cannot afford to lose.”
Missouri Bans 15-Year-Old Brides
On Friday, Missouri Republican Governor Mike Parson signed into law Senate Bill 655. Until that law, Missouri was the only state that allowed children age 15 to marry with only one parent’s approval, even if the other parent objected.
Parson said, “The welfare of our children must always be a top priority.”
Missouri had become a destination wedding spot for 15-year-old brides, with 1,000 15-year-olds being wed in the state between 1999 and 2017. Many of them were marrying men age 21 or older, in effect allowing the girls to marry their rapists.
God-Hating Group Bans Bible, Principal’s Christian Messages
The Freedom From Religion Foundation told La Harpe Elementary School in Illinois that individuals should not be allowed to distribute Bibles and religious materials to students, reports Fox News.
An attorney for the school district sent a cease and desist letter to the man who was handing out Bibles.
The school district also acquiesced to the atheist organization’s demands that the school principal stop discussing her faith and referencing it on flyers to staff. According to the God-hating group, the flyers included such phrases as “May His Gift Of Peace Be Present In Your Home” and “Reflect Upon His Blessings To You And Thank Him For What He Has Done For You.” One flyer also mentioned a Bible verse about Christ’s birth.
Politician Dares to Call Homosexuality a Sin
An Allegheny County, Pennsylvania district attorney candidate’s views on homosexuality and affiliation with the Bible Chapel in Wilkinsburg, has prompted calls for him to drop out of the race from members of the region’s sexually perverted, reports the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
The outrage over alleged statements made by Democrat Turahn Jenkins — in which he called being homosexual or transgender a sin in a meeting with activists — culminated in a statement in which Stonewall Steel City Democrats requested his departure from the race.
On its website, the chapel has frequently referred to homosexuality as a sin and has said it’s “not God’s design.”
Leviticus 18:22 says, “Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.”
McDonald’s Salads Pulled for Parasites
McDonald’s salads will be off the menu in Illinois and Iowa until further notice because they may be linked to a parasite infection, reports Fox 59.
The Illinois Department of Public Health said that it has received confirmation of about 90 cases of cyclosporiasis, which is caused by the Cyclospora parasite.
The most common symptom is watery diarrhea.
American Couples no Longer Having Three Children
Ahead of National Middle Child Day on August 12th, women’s lifestyle magazine The Cut points out that middle children could go extinct.
Citing Gallup data, in 1971, three children was ideal, according to Pew Research Center. In the late ’70s, more than 35 percent of moms between 40 and 44 had four or more children and just 22 percent had two children.
Fast forward to 2014, where Americans now say two children is best, and only 12 percent of women in their early 40s have four or more children.
Psalm 127:3 declares, “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him.”

An Air China jet that plunged 25,000 feet in an emergency descent did so after a co-pilot mistakenly turned off air-conditioning systems in a bid to conceal his e-cigarette smoke, reports The Daily Mail.

Loving Mother Bathes Daughter with Skin Condition for 4 Hours/Day
A New York mother is receiving much-deserved recognition for her daily sacrifices for her young daughter.
Jennie, a mother of three, spends four hours every day just bathing her 9-month-old daughter Anna, reports the Daily Mail. Anna suffers from harlequin ichthyosis, a rare skin condition that causes the infant’s skin to grow rapidly and shed daily. The disease heightens her risk of infection and other health problems.
When she gave birth, Jennie said she was warned that Anna may not live long. Doctors said babies with the disorder often die of infections within a few weeks of birth, and there is no cure.
The compassionate mother said, “When they told me there was a chance she wouldn’t survive, I decided that wasn’t an option. I’m not going to watch my child die. When she’s in the water, she’s very comfortable and she usually remains like that for a while after a two-hour long bath.”
Former Foster Children: Stop Liberal Push for Adoptive “Gay” Couples
A number of former foster children who are now helping others find homes through faith-based adoption agencies told a Michigan court on Thursday that there will be “devastating” consequences if such agencies are shut down over their views on homosexual faux marriage, reports The Christian Post.
The American Civil Liberties Union is suing agencies such as St. Vincent Catholic Charities in the state over its conservative stance on marriage, accusing it of turning down homosexual couples who want to adopt.
GOP Congressman, Caught Speeding, Claims Immunity
Republican Representative Paul Mosley of Arizona was caught driving at 97 mph in a 55 zone, but told the police officer he should be let go because of his “immunity as a government official,” reports Newsweek.

White Rattlesnake in Texas Scares America
A white rattlesnake spotted Wednesday at a Texas park has produced a collective shudder across the country, reports The Charlotte Observer.
It’s not an albino. Called a banded rock rattlesnake, the seldom-seen species of pit viper has a spotty distribution in only Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, and is known for having a powerful bite.
The photo was posted Wednesday by The Wyler Aerial Tramway State Park in Texas, a 195-acre park within the Franklin Mountains.
ReptilesMagazine.com says ”banded rock rattlesnakes are … not commonly observed because of their coloration, small size and speed.”

Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic, which is also in the late stages of its flight testing program, has sold more than 700 tickets at $250,000 a pop.

Angelique Kerber beat tennis legend Serena Williams at Wimbledon in London in two matches 6-3 and 6-3 on Saturday.
Kerber is the first German woman to win Wimbledon since Steffi Graff in 1996, reports The New York Post.
She prevented Williams from claiming an eighth title at Wimbledon and 24th from all Grand Slam tournaments
Williams gave birth only 10½ months ago, then was treated for blood clots.
Starbucks to Go Strawless, but Plastic Usage the Same
Starbucks, the nation’s largest food and drink retailer, announced last Monday that it would be going strawless, reports Reason.com.
The coffee giant says that by 2020 it hopes to have eliminated all single-use plastic straws at its 28,000 stores worldwide.
But by ditching plastic straws, Starbucks will actually be increasing its plastic use. As it turns out, the new nitro lids that Starbucks is leaning on to replace straws are made up of more plastic than the company’s current lid/straw combination.
