Nigerian Muslims kill 21 Christian villagers

Last Thursday, Nigerian Muslim Fulani militants killed 21 Christian villagers between 1:30 and 3:30 a.m. in the Plateau State, reports International Christian Concern.

Nigeria is the sixth most dangerous country in the world to be a Christian.

Revelation 6:9-10 says, “I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.  And they cried with a loud voice, saying, ‘How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the Earth?’”

Ted Cruz: Joe and Hunter Biden should share a prison cell

Appearing on Fox News last Thursday with Sean Hannity, Republican Senator Ted Cruz of Texas said President Biden should be imprisoned and share a cell with his son, Hunter, if they’re both found guilty of accepting bribes from Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company, which was facing corruption charges, and wanted to do business in America.

CRUZ: “A confidential human source, that had been reliable previously to the FBI, came forward and said that the oligarch who owns Burisma paid $5 million to Hunter Biden and $5 million to Joe Biden in exchange for Joe Biden’s help getting rid of the prosecutor that was investigating Burisma and investigating that oligarch.

“Now, what is bribery? The essence of bribery is a quid pro quo. Quid pro quo is Latin for ‘this for that.’ Bribery is paying someone something of value in exchange for an official favor. Now, the quo we know happened because, as you noted, Joe Biden has confessed to it in a video interview where he said he went to Ukraine, he held hostage a billion dollars in U.S. loan guarantees, and demanded of the Ukrainian government, ‘Fire the prosecutor that is investigating Burisma and investigating the oligarch.’”

BIDEN: “I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion [dollars in U.S. loan guarantees]. I’m gonna be leaving here, I think, it was, what, six hours. Look, I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money!’”

CRUZ: “We know the quo happened. The only question was, ‘Did the quid happen?’ Did they pay $10 million for him to do so? If so, Joe Biden is guilty of bribery. Hunter is guilty of selling official favors from his father. And, if that is the case, Joe Biden should be impeached, he should be removed from office, he should be prosecuted, he should go to prison, and he should share a cell with Hunter for corrupting the government of the United States.”

Hawaiian death toll has risen to 89

Hawaii’s Democrat Governor Josh Green revealed that the death toll from the catastrophic fire in Lahaina has risen.

GREEN: “There have been more fatalities. There are 89 fatalities. In West Maui, 2,200 structures have been destroyed or damaged. 86% are residential. The losses approach $6 billion.”

CBS News reported that residents are demanding answers as to why Hawaii’s extensive system of warning sirens never sounded.

Listen to Charles Offenbach, a Lahaina, Hawaiian resident.

Offenbach: “No sirens went off, nothing. Nothing. We just had to know that ourselves it was fight or flight, with no warning whatsoever.”

Hawaiian Attorney General Ann Lopez plans to lead a review of the decision making and policies surrounding the disaster. But, for the Lahaina residents, it’s too little, too late.

FDA reluctantly admits doctors can prescribe Ivermectin for COVID

An attorney for the U.S. Food & Drug Administration “explicitly recognizes that doctors do have the authority to prescribe Ivermectin to treat COVID.” That’s a dramatic reversal of the government’s former hostility to the drug.

The Epoch Times reports that the statement from U.S. Department of Justice attorney Ashley Honold came during the course of oral arguments before the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. She responded to a lawsuit brought by three doctors, Paul Marik, Mary Bowden, and Robert Apter, against the government for interfering with their ability to prescribe Ivermectin to COVID-19 patients.

The doctors contend that the agency’s presentation of treating COVID with Ivermectin as medically irresponsible has harmed them professionally. Marik and Bowden were both suspended by the hospitals where they practice, and Bowden was subject to investigation by the Washington Medical Commission and Arizona Medical Board.

While some experts continue to debate the effectiveness of Ivermectin for treating COVID, and some studies have indicated it was allegedly not effective, a now large body of accumulated studies has found Ivermectin to be irrefutably highly effective for treating COVID when given early and with the correct protocol. Positive anecdotal accounts have generated large interest in the Nobel prize-winning medication that has one of the highest safety levels of any medication ever developed. It has been used and studied for far longer than the COVID shots

Among the objections of the three doctors, was the FDA’s August 21, 2021 tweet, which declared, “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.” The post, which linked to an FDA page that says people shouldn’t use Ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19, went viral.

Liberal protestors vs. Christian parents at library story hour

And finally, on Saturday, August 5th, police in Huntsville, Alabama prevented a crowd of 100 liberal protesters from disrupting a library story hour featuring Christian actor and children’s author Kirk Cameron reading from his book Pride Comes Before the Fall, reports Fox News

(Listen to Adam McManus’ Generations Radio interview of Kirk Cameron about the book here).

The 225 parents and children, who attended the See You at the Library” Brave Books event, walked past a gauntlet of homosexual pride flag-waving liberals who held signs that said, “Ban hate, not books,” and “Ban bigots.”  Because Kirk Cameron and like-minded Christians affirm God’s divine design for sexuality and marriage, they’re labeled hateful and bigoted.

The homosexual activists rejected God’s counsel in Proverbs 16:18 which says, “Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.”

The event at the Madison Public Library had previously been canceled. However, on August 5th, the library acquiesced and rescheduled the event, after First Liberty Institute, a Christian legal rights law firm, sent a letter to the library system saying it was “prepared to vindicate this violation of our client’s civil rights in court.”

During an appearance on Fox News, Emily Jones, the Chairwoman of the Madison County chapter of Moms for Liberty, clarified that libraries continue to cancel these events because they disagree with the conservative, Christian content found in the Brave Books for kids.

JONES: “I think it has a lot to do with the host being Brave Books and Kirk Cameron. And the fact that we’re bringing biblical values back to our libraries.

“I found out yesterday from a friend in Prattville, Alabama, which is in the southern part of the state, they were canceled yesterday afternoon. So, there seems to be a trend here of canceling events at the last minute.”

The events are planned at more than 300 libraries in 46 states.

Get Kirk Cameron’s book for free when you join the monthly Brave Books Club, signing up to receive a new full-color, 9-inch x 9-inch, 50-page-long paperback for kids aged 3-10 which affirms Biblical values.
