Militant Muslims Are Trying to Kill All Christians in Egypt
Islamic militants are systematically killing Christians in the Sinai Peninsula of Egypt. The World View talked with William Stark of International Christian Concern about their disturbing vision.
“In a recent video, an ISIS–affiliate in the Sinai Peninsula claimed that Christians in Egypt were now going to be that particular extremists group’s ‘favorite prey’, and their plan is to wipe out Christianity in Egypt altogether.”
Stark documented the recent body count from eyewitnesses on the ground.
“Yesterday, two bodies of Coptic Christians were found who were murdered in El-Arish which is in the Sinai region of Egypt. This was a father and son that were found. The father was actually shot in the head and the son it seems was burned alive, according to my staff on the ground.
“Unfortunately, this isn’t the first instance of a Coptic Christian in the Sinai being targeted.
- On January 30, there is a Coptic Christian trader who was shot in his own store in front of his wife and child. The masked men in that instance actually hung around in the store and stole goods and ate them in front of the wife and child.
- On February 12th, a Coptic veterinarian was shot in his car a little bit further south of El-Arish.
- A day later another Coptic was shot in the same area.
- On February 16th, a Coptic teacher, his name was Gamal — he was actually walking to school when two masked men approached him and his wife, asking his name. And when he confirmed that he was Gamal, they shot him in the head, and he died there in front of his wife.
“It’s turning into this string of violence that has a lot of Christians extremely afraid!”
Stark told The World View how Christians in Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula are responding.
“I was talking to my staff on the ground there today. There is a lot of fear. And they were saying that 70 some families have already left El-Arish and are making their way to Cairo now. Most people have pretty much left with the clothes on their backs and what small possessions they can carry.”
Court Rules Against Ten Commandments Monument at High School
The atheist Freedom from Religion Foundation has won another case in its effort to impose the religion of atheism upon this country.
In 2012, the Foundation sued the New Kensington-Arnold School District in Pennsylvania over the Ten Commandments monument on the grounds of a high school. The Third Federal Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against God’s laws, and ordered the school district to pay a fine of $164,000 and remove the monument.

American Medical Association Does Not Stand Against Abortion and Assisted Suicide
The Hippocratic Oath taken by doctors for millennia states: “I will not administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course. Similarly, I will not give to a woman a pessary to cause abortion. . .Into whatsoever houses I enter, I will enter to help the sick, and I will abstain from all intentional wrong-doing and harm.”
However, in 2015, the American Medical Association voted down a proposal to petition the U.S. government to defund Planned Parenthood by a vote of 363-71. And the recent AMA state medical societies took a neutral position on recent government actions to legalize assisted suicide in Vermont and California, according to LifeNews.com.
Half of New Zealanders Surveyed Support Abortion
New Zealand remains one of the only countries in the Western world with a relatively strict abortion law, allowing the intentional killing of a child if the life or health of the mother is in jeopardy.
An organization called the Abortion Law Reform Association surveyed 1,000 New Zealanders, and found that 51% favored abortion in cases where the “woman did not want to be a mother,” and 54% favored abortion where a woman “could not afford the child.” The New Zealand abortion rate is slightly below that of the United States and Australia.
