Hindus beat Christian pastor in in busy marketplace
On February 25th, Hindu extremists in Delhi, India tied Pastor Kelom Tete, age 35, to a post at a busy intersection and beat him in front of hundreds of people, but police have yet to make arrests, reports Morning Star News.
They claimed that he tried to convert people to Christianity.
In a video on social media, the bound Pastor Tete is seen sobbing as more than 150 people – including schoolchildren in uniform – surround him, taunt him, and strike him. He was punched and kicked in the head, chest, stomach, back, and repeatedly slapped in the face.
No doubt Pastor Tete, and other suffering Christians in India, are echoing the cry of David, from Psalm 13:1. “How long, O Lord? Will You forget me forever?”
Russian losses thus far
Oryx, a military blog that is tracking Moscow’s losses during its invasion of Ukraine, says its figures are based on “photo or videographic evidence.”
Here are their conservative estimates of Russian losses thus far.
Ukrainian forces have destroyed at least 173 Russian tanks, 322 armored personnel carriers, 12 fighter planes, 48 towed artillery, 12 helicopters, 51 anti-aircraft systems, 345 troop carriers, and 19 launch rocket systems.
Poland & Hungary persecuted by EU over their Biblical stands
More than two million people have fled Ukraine after Russia’s invasion.
As of March 9th, according to the United Nations, Poland welcomed 1,500,000 of them. And Hungary opened its arms to 214,000 Ukrainian refugees.
“Why?” you ask. Because Poland and Hungary have dared to say deviant sexual behavior is deviant.
Claire Fox, who was elected to serve in the European Parliament in 2019, described the vote as “grotesque” in a tweet.
Dr. Dobson: Thank Gov. DeSantis for protecting parental rights
After Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis signed the Protect Parental Rights Bill, Dr. James Dobson, host of Family Talk, wrote, “There has never been a more critical time for parents to be involved in their child’s education, and the leadership of Florida is making that possible for parents in their state.
“It is without question that public schools are contributing to the dramatic rise in children identifying as transgender. Extreme, left-wing groups have used books like I am Jazz and Jacob’s New Dress to teach students as young as kindergarteners that their biological sex is actually fluid. … This isn’t compassion; it is child abuse.”
Dr. Dobson continued, “When children genuinely experience gender dysphoria or simply fall victim to the social contagion of transgenderism, schools have conspired to keep parents in the dark about what is happening in the lives of their kids. Freemont High School, in California, is doing just that. They have created ‘transition closets,’ encouraging children to change clothes upon arrival at school without their parents’ knowledge. This is outrageous!
“Children do not belong to any government entity; by God’s design, children belong to their parents, and they have the right to know what is being taught in the schools.”
Matthew 18:6 declares, “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in Me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.”
American Conservative Union took $183,250 from left-wing group
And finally, on Friday, The Worldview reported that Matt Schlapp, the chairman of the American Conservative Union, which hosts the annual Conservative Political Action Conference, cut all pro-life panels from the line-up, reports LifeSiteNews.com.
Thankfully, a couple dozen Worldview listeners took the time to email or call Matt Schlapp and object.
Dr. Carl Williams, here in San Antonio, wrote, “Is it desirable for our country to become financially sound while its citizens ignore injustices such as: The taking of human life in the form of abortion? Fiscal conservatism, divorced from social conservatism, cannot be presented as a viable, long-term remedy for our society.”
And Betty Henrichson wrote, “It is my understanding that Matt Schlapp cut all the panels on the pro-life issue, the threat to women’s sports, and religious liberty from the CPAC conference last month! WHY?”
The Worldview subsequently discovered why.
The New Venture Fund, a leading left-wing money group, issued a cash grant in 2020 of $183,250 to the American Conservative Union, run by Matt and Mercedes Schlapp. The fund is known for its work supporting anti-Trump, anti-conservative initiatives, reports The National Pulse.
Plus, it’s connected to Arabella Advisors, which even the Atlantic magazine described as a “Massive Progressive Dark-Money Group.”
The American Conservative Union refused to comment when approached by The National Pulse. (Check out their full 990 form, required by the IRS)
To let Matt Schlapp know that you object to his willingness to accept $183,250 from the leftist New Venture Fund, call the American Conservative Union at 202-347-9388. Or email him at email@example.com.
